We all need a help when choosing a great fibre package and you should find the answers to your most burning questions below.

Should there be anything we missed, pop our sales team a mail.

How do I sign up for fibre?

Visit our online portal  where you can sign up with one of the Internet Service Provider’s on our network. You can also apply directly with your preferred provider.

Who does the installation?

We install the fibre cable and ONT (optical network terminal) within your home. From this point, your ISP will provide you with a router to use (if this is a part of your pakage with them) and it will connect to the ONT.

My house already has a fibre installation, what happens then?

Should your home have a fibre cable and ONT installed, our sales team will confirm this with you, once they have processed your order.

Which ISP’s are available?

Please navigate to the top of the page where you will enter your address to view all ISP’s on our network.

What do the packages cost?

All package costs can be found during the application process, or contact your preferred ISP directly.

Who do I contact for billing queries?

Kindly contact your current or future ISP for any billing-related queries.

Who do I contact for technical support?

Kindly contact your current or future ISP for any technical support queries.

What is an ISP and an FNO?

An Internet Service Provider (ISP) provides you with an internet connection through a router. FNO is a Fibre Network Operator like Fibre Geeks who installs the fibre infrastructure.
